DRY DUST CONTROL Dry dust collectors use either mechnical means or barrier filtration to remove contaminants.  Equipment is categorized by the kind of contaminant the collector is designed to remove from the air-stream. Equipment can be used to remove dust, fume or mist from various processes and in diversified industries such as metalworking, mining, powder and bulk handling, woodworking and greenhouses.

Barrier filtration includes cartridge, fabric bag and modular media technology.

<em>Random Fire, Continuous Duty Baghouse</em> handling 25,000 ACFM fine wood waste, and utilizing special Dynaload<sup>TM</sup> bin loading system by Conquest Equipment (www.conquestequipment.com ).     <em>Pulse Jet Duty Cartridge Collector</em> handling 96,000 ACFM fine dust from abrasive blasting room.     Custom skid mount portable high pressure <em>Shaker Dust Collector</em> used for removal of dust from underground rock drilling.

WET DUST CONTROL Today, wet dust collectors- or wet scrubbers- are used to remove particulate, flyash, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, dioxins, mercury, odours, VOC's, sub micron particles, fumes and NOx from industrial and utility flue gases. Properly selected equipment is guaranteed to make its customer's facilities comply with the latest Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) Standards and other stringent emission standards.

Wet Scrubber systems are used for the following applications:  pulp paper, kraft process, black liquor recovery, boilers, dissolving tanks, lime kilns, shakers hydrators, bark & auxillary boilers, evaporation vents, lime sludge, kilns, ore dryers, carbon black paint, dyes manufacture, fertilizer plants, limestone plants, paper grinding, pelletizing operations, sinering plants, soda ash plants.

This Ducon unit features a wetted wall inlet which eliminates wet-dry line build-up and permits direct recycle of high-solids liquid. Scrubbing liquid is distributed over a weir or shelf - no spray nozzles are used.     This Ducon Patented UW-4 Scrubber is a maintenance free unit., complete with integral wet fan, achieving high efficiency with medium pressure drop in applications involving heavy dust loads, and abrasive materials.     Duall Division Hydro-Lance <sup>TM </sup>Wet Particulate Scrubber

WASTEWATER TREATMENT Large amounts of wastewater concentrated in a central area can create strong odour problems. Odour treatment is required for many wastewater treatment facilities.

The Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant     The AroBIOS<sup>TM</sup> system employs state-of-the-art biotrickling filter technology. SPECIALIZED FAN APPLICATIONS

ETP offers specialty industrial, commercial, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal blowers for a wide range in applications. Our fan suppliers' designs provide the highest aerodynamic efficiencies compatible with specific systems and gas stream requirements. Durable fan structures are designed for long life in the harshest and most demanding industrial applications. Our suppliers have also maintained AMCA-registered laboratories that allow them to meet the highest standards in product development and product performance testing. All products undergo extensive air performance, sound and quality assurance testing prior to release to the market.

Some of the specialty applications ETP has supplied fans for include: hot ID fans & high capacity FD fans for bio fuel process; dust control, clean and dirt; wide range of FRP products used in wastewater treatment; and OEM fan supply to veneer dryer and stacking manufacturers.
