Smaller More Efficient Filters - Save Maintenance Time & Money.   Greatly Reduced Collector Size   Greatly Reduced Bin Vent Size  Compact Oblique Pulse Cleaning System

Smaller, More Efficient Filters-The PowerCore Filter Pacs consist of our patented Ultra-Web® media technology rolled into one compact, 7-inch tall fluted filter package that takes the place of six 8-foot filter bags. The result is a very small filter providing 60% fewer emissions than conventional 16 oz. polyester bags.

Smaller Filters Mean Smaller Collectors-Since each 7-inch tall PowerCore Filter Pac takes the place of six 8-foot bags, Torit PowerCore Collectors are as much as 50% shorter than traditional baghouses, more than 70% smaller than traditional bag bin vents, and fit into the smallest spaces.  

Easier, Quicker Filter Replacement-Filter changeout is a snap with Torit PowerCore. It only takes one person 24 minutes to replace 12 filter pacs while the job to replace 81 bags would take 13.5 HOURS. PowerCore Filter Pacs are replaced from the clean side of the collector-without tools and without confined space permits. Now that adds up to savings!!!

Advanced Collector Design-In addition to innovative Filter Pacs,Torit PowerCore Collectors include a patented Compact Oblique Pulse Cleaning System, which maximizes the effective filter area and allows further downsizing of the housing. A Directed Flow Inlet keeps the underside of the filters clean, prevents filter abrasion, maximizes dust dropout and eliminates hopper sweeping and dust re-entrainment.
